Slow Boat to China

- Now Showing - Spring Sculpture Prize, 14 - 29 October, 11 - 5 Fri - Sun

Slow boat to China
is a large full sized green sea turtle swimming through the gallery space.
Seaweed biscuit packaging form the outer shell of this wondrous creature while its underbelly exposes numerous ingested plastics seated in the turtles gut. Majestic and foreboding, Slow boat to china questions who else are we feeding? and is restless for plastic reduction and recycling solutions.
